There are 3 Steps for LoMo Black and White

Step 1: Retrolux

First, add the Retrolux filter. To truly get the effect of a plastic camera, we must apply light leaks. First, open the style menu and select 11. Tap on 11 to shuffle the effect until you find a light leak placement you like. Increase Light Leaks and Contrast to your preference, but aim higher than your instinct would tell you.

Set Style Strength around 50, and bring down Brightness to offset the brightening that Retrolux adds. Saturation and Scratches should be zero.

Step 2: Tune Image

Then, apply Tune Image. Bring Saturation down to -100 to make the image black and white. Then, bring down Shadows to your preference, but be sure to get some rich blacks since they provide the irregular lens vignette of a plastic camera.

Step 3: Details

Last, add the Details tool. At this point the image may seem a little flat, so bring Structure up as high as desired to return some detail to the mid tones, while leaving the not-too-crisp plastic lens look.
